Pricing and Fees:

Our pricing for services is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The most current pricing information will be reflected on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or fees at any time without liability to you or any third party. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the current price listed on our website at the time of purchase and be bound by these terms and conditions.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

For Zoom appointments, ensure that Zoom is installed and working correctly at least one hour before our scheduled meeting time. Please be aware that failure of Zoom to function properly will not be grounds for a refund or reschedule unless the entirety of Zoom is down or offline, in which case a reschedule will be permitted. If necessary, use your phone for a video chat/call.

There are no refunds for email issues of any kind. We will resend your email; if that fails, we will work with you to provide another option, such as a Google Dropbox. This will not constitute a reason for a refund.

Time zone issues do not constitute reasons for a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with your services, you may file a complaint. This does not entitle a refund. The link to the complaint form is on our website and will be provided upon request.

Cancellations or no-shows for any reason are not allowed a refund or a reschedule. If an appointment needs to be canceled by Claire-ified Connections due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible. Clients will have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule their appointment. If the client chooses to reschedule, they can provide up to three alternative dates and times, subject to availability. Claire-ified Connections will make every effort to accommodate the client's preferred rescheduled date and time. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, clients affected by a cancellation will be offered a discount code for 30% off their next service.

Reschedules must be made before the appointment, not instead of missing said appointment.

Gift Certificates, Decks, Snapshot Art, Books, & Product Purchases: All Sales Final. No Refunds.

Special Events:

Our professional services (healing services not included) require a booking fee..

The maximum duration for readings during the event is four hours.

The maximum number of readings is as follows: 2 hrs—16, 3 hrs—24, 4 hrs—30.

The booking fee must be paid to reserve that day.

You are allowed one reschedule. No refunds.

In-Person Services:

No refunds for no-shows or canceled appointments. You will be allowed to shift your in-person appointment to a Zoom meeting.

We will find a location central to us all for our meeting. If you are outside the Twin Cities Metro, mileage fees will be assessed. $1/mile.

We will not come to your home.

Discounts:

We may offer discounts on our services at our discretion. These discounts are determined case-by-case and may vary for each service. Receiving a discount on one occasion does not guarantee that you will receive a discount again in the future. Discounts are not ongoing unless explicitly stated, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue discounts at any time without notice. Do not share discount codes. They will change frequently.

Clarifications:

If you have received a service, you are entitled to one follow-up question for clarification purposes. Further inquiries or additional questions beyond this initial clarification will require scheduling another service.

Disclaimer:

We are not certified psychologists. Arbitration:

The costs of arbitration, including any legal, travel, lodging, court, and meeting fees, will be the responsibility of the party bringing the claim. Settlement is limited to the equivalent of the price you paid for the program, product, or service. There are limitations of one year from the purchase date for any and all arbitration and court cases.

No Guarantees:

We cannot guarantee that what you seek is what you will get. The specific loved one you seek to connect with may or may not come through during a session. Another individual may step forward to convey a message that you need to hear at that time. We trust that whatever messages come through are what you are meant to receive at that moment. If you feel the need to schedule another session, we recommend waiting at least three months or until a significant change occurs before inquiring on the same topic. Healing sessions will be conducted to address your most pressing needs at the time of the session; however, we may receive and address any additional areas of concern we are guided to.

Indemnification and Release of Claims:

You agree to protect, compensate, and free Claire-ified Connections and its affiliates from any legal claims or demands related to our websites, materials, or services, both now and in the future.

Limitation of Liability:

Claire-ified Connections and its affiliates are only liable for the amount you paid through the Service, or 0 USD if you haven't purchased anything. They are not responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of the Service, third-party software or hardware, or any part of the Terms. This limitation applies even if Claire-ified Connections was warned about the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. All information shared during our sessions, including personal details and discussions, will be kept strictly confidential. This means that we will not disclose any information shared with us during our sessions to any third party unless required by law. Your privacy and trust are highly valued, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our interactions.

Additionally, our providers may discuss your situation among themselves, keeping confidentiality between them when they feel it may be helpful to gain more insight or clarity for your benefit.

The exception is given to the Webinar Wednesday sessions where all present in the webinar will be able to hear your session.
